What I loved about this tri was that each person gets to go at their own pace. Its all based on how much distance you can cover in a certain amount of time....Heres the break down....
10 mins - Lap Swimming
30 mins - Spinning Bike
20 mins - Treadmill Running
And you're done!! It was a blast and we're already planning our next one. And we'll definitely be training harder for the next one...I'm exhausted!!!
If you want to find one in your area..check out Indoor Tri. It doesn't matter what fitness level you're at because you go at your own pace. Plus its a great fitness activity to do with friends or family!!
